H.I.R.H. Prince Gharios El Chemor of Ghassan Al'Numan
His Imperial and Royal Highness Prince Gharios El Chemor of Ghassan is the Sovereign Head of the Royal House of Ghassan, the internationally recognized heir of the El Chemor branch, direct descendants of the last ruling Christian Arab princes of the Ghassanid dynasty. A distinguished humanitarian, theologian, and interfaith diplomat, Prince Gharios has dedicated his life to preserving the cultural and spiritual legacy of Arab Christianity while advancing a global mission of peace, justice, and dignity. Under his leadership, the Royal House functions as a United Nations-accredited NGO in Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC, engaged in advocacy for religious freedom, minority rights, and humanitarian relief. Prince Gharios is the subject of international legal recognition through arbitration rulings under the New York Convention and is formally recognized under Presidential Decree No. 5800/2019 by the Republic of Lebanon. He is also the author of multiple books and frequently speaks at universities, intergovernmental forums, and religious institutions around the world. Guided by the principle that nobility is a duty of service, not privilege, Prince Gharios exemplifies the continuing relevance of ancient values in meeting today’s global challenges.

H.I.R.H. Crown Prince Sheikh Selim El Chemor of Ghassan
His Imperial and Royal Highness Crown Prince Sheikh Selim El Chemor of Ghassan is the Vice-President and Regent of the Royal House of Ghassan. As Honorary International Head of House and Name, and Head of the Lebanese Branch, he upholds the living dynastic tradition of the Ghassanid Christian Arab nobility within its ancestral homeland. He is not only a direct descendant of the Sheikhs El Chemor, historically recognized rulers of Akoura and Kfarhata, but through his mother, HRH Princess Laudy Chehab Al-Chemor, a Princess and a Shariffa in her own right, he also descends from HRH Prince Bashir Chehab II "the Great," the Emir (or Prince) of Mount Lebanon from 1788 till 1840. Thus, maternally, he also descends from the Quraysh, which is related to the Hashemite Royal Family of Jordan and the Alouite Royal Family of Morocco. HIRH Crown Prince Selim embodies the continuity of Ghassanid identity through lineage, faith, and cultural stewardship. His leadership in Lebanon serves as a bridge between the House’s ancient roots and its modern humanitarian mission. Crown Prince Selim plays a vital ceremonial and moral role in reinforcing the House’s public presence in Lebanon and across the Middle East, in alignment with its recognition by the Republic of Lebanon through Presidential Decree No. 5800/2019.

H.H. Revd Dr Christian D Boyd
His Excellency the Reverend Dr. Christian Dominic Boyd serves as the Grand Chancellor and Chief Administrative Officer of the Sovereign Imperial and Royal House of Ghassan. An ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Dr. Boyd brings over two decades of leadership in ecclesiastical governance, international non-governmental administration, and interfaith diplomacy. As Grand Chancellor, he oversees the strategic operations, legal affairs, and institutional development of the Royal House in its function as a United Nations-accredited NGO in Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC. He plays a central role in coordinating humanitarian programs, formal partnerships, and international representation, ensuring that all actions of the Royal House align with its core mission, values, and its official recognition under Presidential Decree No. 5800/2019 by the Republic of Lebanon. Known for his integrity, pastoral wisdom, and commitment to justice, Dr. Boyd serves as both steward of the House’s historic legacy and champion of its contemporary humanitarian vision.

H.E. Rev Dn Mark Arbeen
The Reverend Deacon Mark Arbeen serves as a respected clerical and ceremonial advisor to the Royal House of Ghassan, bringing over two decades of combined experience in ordained ministry, federal service, and ecclesiastical diplomacy. He is currently a Deacon of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, assigned to Holy Spirit Parish in Annandale, Virginia, and previously served in the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, ministering in the Latin Rite with Anglican patrimony. In parallel with his religious vocation, Rev. Deacon Arbeen has served in the United States Secret Service since 2011, where he currently holds the position of Chief of Chaplains, overseeing spiritual care and moral resilience programs for federal law enforcement personnel. He has also held senior roles as a Contract Specialist for both the U.S. Navy and Secret Service, with expertise in government procurement and program management. A Knight Chaplain in the Military and Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem and in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, he is deeply committed to the defense of the faith, charitable outreach, and the liturgical traditions of the universal Church. His role within the Royal House supports its ceremonial protocol, interfaith engagement, and mission to safeguard the Christian heritage of the Middle East, in full alignment with its status as a United Nations-accredited NGO and its legal recognition by the Republic of Lebanon under Presidential Decree No. 5800/2019.

H.E. Jason Caudill, PhD
Dr. Jason Caudill serves as Deputy Grand Chancellor of the Royal House of Ghassan, where he provides executive leadership in governance, education, and ceremonial affairs. In this capacity, he also oversees the Ghassanid Court of Chivalry, administering honors and recognitions conferred by the Royal House in accordance with dynastic tradition and international protocol. A seasoned academic and administrator, Dr. Caudill is an Associate Professor of Business at King University, specializing in management, leadership, and educational innovation. With a Ph.D. in Education and over two decades of experience in teaching, consulting, and curriculum development, he is a recognized authority in both traditional and online higher education. His work integrates scholarship with service, emphasizing ethical leadership, institutional accountability, and global engagement—principles that align closely with the mission of the Royal House as a United Nations-accredited NGO in Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC, and its legal recognition by the Republic of Lebanon through Presidential Decree No. 5800/2019. Dr. Caudill’s leadership supports the House’s efforts to uphold the values of honor, education, and humanitarian service in the modern world.
